The price per sq.feet in Sabah has increased in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per sq.feet was RM 352. The following month the price decreased to RM 333 per sq.feet. The following two months (December, January) went through an increase of 106 % in the price per sq.feet rising from RM 342.5 to RM 362 per sq.feet. In the last two months, the price per sq.feet has increased 115 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price RM 352.25 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price RM 403.5 per sq.feet for the last two months (February, March).
