Property prices for sale in Sarawak region

The average price in the Sarawak region has had same value in recent months. Prices in this region have remained pretty much stagnant.

The price per sq.feet in Sarawak has remained stagnant in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per sq.feet was RM 457. In November the price pretty much stayed the same at RM 446 per sq.feet. The following two months (December, January) there has been a deflation of 93 % in the price per sq.feet with regard to the previous two. In the last two months, the price per sq.feet has increased 105 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price RM 436.75 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price RM 459.5 per sq.feet for the last two months (February, March).

Average price

Based upon to the price in Sarawak(region), these have remained the same in the last 6 months. In the first month sample October the average price is RM 854,118. In November the price was the same at RM 866,465. The average price for the following two months (December, January) decreased 94 % compared to the prior two. During the last two months the average price has remained stagnant and has gone from RM 832,340.25 to RM 843,239 during February and March.

Average price per bedrooms

They are 54 % more affordable than the average price in Sarawak followed by those with 2 with an average price of RM 474,864. The cheapest properties have 4 bedrooms. They are 0 % cheaper than the average followed by those properties with 3 bedrooms priced at RM 535,896.
