Property prices for sale in Sarawak region
The average price in the Sarawak region has had same value in recent months. Prices in this region have remained pretty much stagnant.
The price per sq.feet in Sarawak has remained stagnant in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per sq.feet was RM 457. In November the price pretty much stayed the same at RM 446 per sq.feet. The following two months (December, January) there has been a deflation of 93 % in the price per sq.feet with regard to the previous two. In the last two months, the price per sq.feet has increased 105 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price RM 436.75 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price RM 459.5 per sq.feet for the last two months (February, March).
Based upon to the price in Sarawak(region), these have remained the same in the last 6 months. In the first month sample October the average price is RM 854,118. In November the price was the same at RM 866,465. The average price for the following two months (December, January) decreased 94 % compared to the prior two. During the last two months the average price has remained stagnant and has gone from RM 832,340.25 to RM 843,239 during February and March.
The graph displaying the the average price per number of bedrooms shows that those with 1 bedroom are the cheapest ones. They are 54 % more affordable than the average price in Sarawak followed by those with 2 with an average price of RM 474,864. The cheapest properties have 4 bedrooms. They are 0 % cheaper than the average followed by those properties with 3 bedrooms priced at RM 535,896.
Based on the average price per sq.feet those properties with 4 bedrooms are the cheapest ones with a price of RM 419 / sq.feet being RM 522 / sq.feet the average value within the Sarawak region. The properties with the most expensive average price are those with 1 bedroom. These are 29 % more costly than the average followed by those with 2 bedrooms with a price of RM 561 / sq.feet.
The graph displaying the average price according to the property type shows "Apartment" as the cheapest one. With an average cost of RM 886,398 it is 50 % more affordable than the average in Sarawak. This is followed by "Terraced House" with a price of RM 544,362. The dearest property type is "Semi Detached House" and is 31 % more expensive than the average, followed by "House" with a cost of RM 714,717.
Based on the average cost per sq.feet the cheapest property type is "Link House with a an average cost of RM 356 / sq.feet, followed by "House" with a price of RM 409 / sq.feet. "Terraced House" with an average price of RM 8,239 / sq.feet is the most costly type of property followed by "Condominium" at a price of RM 565 / sq.feet.
