Property prices for sale in Selangor region
The average price in the Selangor region has had a slight increase in recent months. There has been an inflation in the prices in this region.
The price per sq.feet in Selangor has increased in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per sq.feet was RM 400. The following month (November) the price increased to RM 433 per sq.feet. The price per sq.feet for the following two months practically stayed the same, going from RM 416.5 to RM 418 per sq.feet. In the last two months, the price has stayed the same with regard to the average value for the last 4 months going from an average price per sq.feet of RM 417.25 to RM 422 during February and March.
Based upon to the price in Selangor(region), this has increased in the last 6 months. The average price in October is RM 713,142. In November the price increased to RM 794,242. The average price for the following two months (December, January) increased from RM 753,692 to RM 865,711.5. During the last two months the average price has remained stagnant and has gone from RM 809,701.75 to RM 771,955.5 during February and March.
