The average price in the Selangor region has had a strong decrease in recent months. There has been a strong deflation in the prices in this region.
The price per sq.feet in Selangor has risen considerably in the last 6 months. During September, the average price per sq.feet was RM 658. In October the price pretty much stayed the same at RM 637 per sq.feet. The following two months (November, December) went through a considerable deflation of 73 % in the price per sq.feet with regard to the previous two. In the last two months, the price has stayed the same with regard to the average value for the last 4 months going from an average price per sq.feet of RM 559.5 to RM 545 during January and February.
Based upon to the price in Selangor (region), this has decreased in the last 6 months. September has an average price of RM 792,844. During October the price had a slight deflation till RM 683,157. The average price for the following two months (November, December) increased from RM 738,000.5 to RM 780,286.5. During the last two months the price has had a considerable reduction of 84 % with respect to the previous four months going from RM 759,143.5 a RM 638,796.5.
