In November this price barely changed remaining at RM 1.55 per sq.feet. In the following two months the price per sq.feet has practically remained the same, going from RM 1.52 to RM 1.55 per sq.feet. The price per sq.feet has hardly changed in the last two months compared to the average price of the previous four months going from an average price of RM 1.53 to RM 1.47 during February y March
When referring to the price in Melaka Tengah (cities), there have hardly been any changes in the last 6 months. In our first sample month during October, the average price is RM 1,821. In November This price remains at RM 1,897. In the following two months the average price has hardly changed with regard to the previous two months from RM 1,859 to RM 1,802.5. During the last two months, the average price has barely gone through any changes with regard to the previous average values going from an average value of RM 1,830.75 and RM 1,894 between February and March.
