The rent prices in real estate in Johor, in the Negeri Johor region have barely changed in the last couple of months. There have hardly been any changes in the rent prices in this city.
The price per sq.feet in Johor has barely changed in the last 6 months. In October, the average price per sq.feet was RM 2.2. In the following month the price per sq.feet fell to RM 2.01. In the following two months the price per sq.feet has practically remained the same, going from RM 2.11 to RM 2.14 per sq.feet. The price per sq.feet has risen 108 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per sq.feet of RM 2.12 to RM 2.3 during February, and March.
When referring to the price in Johor (cities), this has risen considerably in the last 6 months. The average price during our first sample month during October, is RM 2,529. During November the price went through a considerable rise reaching RM 3,191. During the following two months (December, January) the average price had a considerable rise of 124 % with regard to the previous two months. During the last two months, the average price has barely gone through any changes with regard to the previous average values going from an average value of RM 3,208 and RM 3,093.5 between February and March.
