Property prices for rent in Negeri Johor region
The average rent price in the Negeri Johor region has had a slight rise in recent months. There has been a rise in the rent prices in this region.
The price per sq.feet in Negeri Johor has risen in the last 6 months. During November, the average price per sq.feet was RM 1.67. The following month (December) the price had a considerable rise reaching RM 1.94 per sq.feet. The price per sq.feet for the following two months barely changed going from RM 1.8 to RM 1.82 per sq.feet. In the last two months, the price has barely changed with regard to the average value for the last 4 months going from an average price per sq.feet of RM 1.81 to RM 1.77 during March and April.
When referring to the price in Negeri Johor (region), this has fallen in the last 6 months. In the first month sample November the average price is RM 2,704. In December the price remains at RM 2,649. In the following two months the average price practically remained the same compared to the previous two going from RM 2,676.5 to RM 2,572.5. During the last two months the price has gone down 90 % compared to the previous average values going from RM 2,624.5 a RM 2,372 in March y April.

They are 27 % cheaper than the average price in Negeri Johor followed by those with 2 with an average price of RM 2,198. The most affordable properties have 3 bedrooms. They are 0 % cheaper than the average followed by those properties with 4 bedrooms priced at RM 2,337.
Based on the average price per sq.feet those properties with 4 bedrooms are the most affordable ones with a price of RM 1.37 / sq.feet being RM 1.82 / sq.feet the average for Negeri Johor. The properties with the highest average price are those with 1 bedroom. These are 48 % more expensive than the average followed by those with 2 bedrooms with a price of RM 2.18 / sq.feet.

Based upon the average cost per sq.feet the most affordable property type is "Apartment with a an average price of RM 1.03 / sq.feet, followed by "Commercial" with a price of RM 1.07 / sq.feet. "House" with an average price of RM 2.21 / sq.feet is the most expensive type of property followed by "Link House" at a price of RM 1.79 / sq.feet.
