The rent prices in real estate in Kepong, in the Kuala Lumpur region have barely changed in the last couple of months. There have hardly been any changes in the rent prices in this city.
The price per sq.feet in Kepong has barely changed in the last 6 months. In February, the average price per sq.feet was RM 1.38. In the following month the price per sq.feet fell to RM 1.3. In the following two months the price per sq.feet has practically remained the same, going from RM 1.34 to RM 1.28 per sq.feet. The price per sq.feet has had a considerable rise of 118 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per sq.feet of RM 1.31 to RM 1.54 during June, and July.
When referring to the price in Kepong (cities), there have hardly been any changes in the last 6 months. The average price for February is RM 1,921. During March the price had a slight fall till RM 1,727. During the following two months (April, May) the average price fell 88 % with regard to the previous two months. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has had a strong increase of 142 % during the last two months.
