In the following two months the price per sq.feet has practically remained the same, going from RM 1.39 to RM 1.38 per sq.feet. The price per sq.feet has fallen 93 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per sq.feet of RM 1.39 to RM 1.29 during March, and April.
When referring to the price in Kepong (cities), this has fallen considerably in the last 6 months. In our first sample month during November, the average price is RM 2,997. In December This price remains at RM 3,033. During the following two months (January, February) the average price had a considerable fall of 69 % with regard to the previous two months. During the last two months the average price has fallen greatly compared to the previous four going from RM 2,554.25 to RM 1,657, which means a 65 % fall.
