The price for the following two months in (June, July) had a considerable rise of 121 %. The price per sq.feet has risen 105 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per sq.feet of RM 1.41 to RM 1.49 during August, and September.
When referring to the price in Kepong (cities), this has risen considerably in the last 6 months. In our first sample month during April, the average price is RM 1,587. In May This price remains at RM 1,612. During the following two months (June, July) the average price had a considerable rise of 152 % with regard to the previous two months. During the last two months, the average price has barely gone through any changes with regard to the previous average values going from an average value of RM 2,012.5 and RM 2,035.5 between August and September.
