The price per sq.feet in Kepong has remained the same in the last 6 months. In October, the average price per sq.feet was RM 466. In November this price pretty much remained the same at a value of RM 471 per sq.feet. In the following two months the price per sq.feet has barely changed, going from RM 468.5 to RM 484.5 per sq.feet. The price per sq.feet has increased 105 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per sq.feet of RM 476.5 to RM 502.5 during February, and March.
Based upon to the price in Kepong (cities), this has gone up in the last 6 months. In our first sample month during October, the average price is RM 756,925. In November This price remains at RM 781,155. During the following two months (December, January) the average price had a considerable increase of 116 % with regard to the previous two months. During the last two months, the average price has pretty much remained the same with regard to the previous average values going from an average value of RM 830,075.75 and RM 817,621.5 between February and March.
