The prices in real estate in Kepong, in the Kuala Lumpur region have remained the same in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have remained in this city.
The price per sq.feet in Kepong has remained the same in the last 6 months. In October, the average price per sq.feet was RM 428. In November this price pretty much remained the same at a value of RM 412 per sq.feet. In the following two months the price per sq.feet has barely changed, going from RM 420 to RM 404 per sq.feet. The price per sq.feet has increased 107 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per sq.feet of RM 412 to RM 442.5 during February, and March.
Based upon to the price in Kepong (cities), these have remained the same in the last 6 months. In our first sample month during October, the average price is RM 690,171. In November This price remains at RM 689,074. During the following two months (December, January) the average price fell 93 % with regard to the previous two months. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has gone up 105 % during the last two months.
