Property prices for rent in Kota Bahru (Negeri Kelantan)
The rent prices in real estate in Kota Bahru, in the Negeri Kelantan region have barely changed in the last couple of months. There have hardly been any changes in the rent prices in this city.
The price per sq.feet in Kota Bahru has barely changed in the last 6 months. In October, the average price per sq.feet was RM 1.93. In November this price barely changed remaining at RM 1.92 per sq.feet. In the following two months the price per sq.feet has practically remained the same, going from RM 1.92 to RM 1.97 per sq.feet. The price per sq.feet has fallen 87 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per sq.feet of RM 1.94 to RM 1.7 during February, and March.
When referring to the price in Kota Bahru (cities), this has risen considerably in the last 6 months. In our first sample month during October, the average price is RM 1,765. In November This price remains at RM 1,785. During the following two months (December, January) the average price had a considerable rise of 133 % with regard to the previous two months. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has increased 110 % during the last two months.
