Property prices for rent in Negeri Kelantan region
The average rent price in the Negeri Kelantan region has remained at pretty much the same value in recent months. Rent prices in this region have remained pretty much the same.
The price per sq.feet in Negeri Kelantan has barely changed in the last 6 months. During November, the average price per sq.feet was RM 1.75. In December the price barely changed remaining at RM 1.77 per sq.feet. The price per sq.feet for the following two months barely changed going from RM 1.76 to RM 1.79 per sq.feet. In the last two months, the price per sq.feet has fallen 89 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price RM 1.77 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price RM 1.58 per sq.feet for the last two months (March, April).
When referring to the price in Negeri Kelantan(region), this has risen considerably in the last 6 months. In the first month sample for November the average price is RM 1,783. During December it went through a strong rise reaching RM 2,056 The average price for the following two months (January, February) rose from RM 1,919.5 to RM 2,165. During the last two months the average price has not gone through any changes and has gone from RM 2,042.25 to RM 2,084 during March and April.

They are 30 % cheaper than the average price in Negeri Kelantan followed by those with 2 with an average price of RM 1,767. The most affordable properties have 4 bedrooms.
