Property prices for rent in Tambun (Negeri Perak)
The rent prices in real estate in Tambun, in the Negeri Perak region have fallen considerably in the last couple of months. There has been a strong fall in the rent prices in this city.
The price per sq.feet in Tambun has had a strong fall during the last 6 months. In October, the average price per sq.feet was RM 1. In November this price barely changed remaining at RM 1 per sq.feet. In the following two months the price per sq.feet has practically remained the same, going from RM 1 to RM 1.03 per sq.feet. The price per sq.feet has had a considerable fall of 53 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per sq.feet of RM 1.02 to RM 0.54 during February, and March.
When referring to the price in Tambun (cities), there have hardly been any changes in the last 6 months. The rent price in October is RM 1,596, rising in November till RM 1,729. In the following two months the average price has hardly changed with regard to the previous two months from RM 1,662.5 to RM 1,621.5. During the last two months, the average price has barely gone through any changes with regard to the previous average values going from an average value of RM 1,642 and RM 1,647.5 between February and March.
