Property prices for rent in Kedah region
The average rent price in the Kedah region has had a slight rise in recent months. There has been a rise in the rent prices in this region.
The price per sq.feet in Kedah has risen in the last 6 months. During November, the average price per sq.feet was RM 1. The following month (December) the price rose to RM 1.05 per sq.feet. The following two months (January, February) went through a rise of 106 % in the rent price per sq.feet rising from RM 1.02 to RM 1.09 per sq.feet. In the last two months, the price has barely changed with regard to the average value for the last 4 months going from an average price per sq.feet of RM 1.06 to RM 1.04 during March and April.
When referring to the price in Kedah(region), this has risen considerably in the last 6 months. In the first month sample for November the average price is RM 1,984. During December it went through a strong rise reaching RM 3,032 The price in the following months (January, February) had a strong rise of 146 % going from RM 2,508 to RM 3,661.5. During the last two months the price has had a considerable fall of 77 % with respect to the previous four months going from RM 3,084.75 a RM 2,372.
The graph displaying the the average rent price per number of bedrooms shows that those with 1 bedroom are the most affordable ones. They are 33 % cheaper than the average price in Kedah followed by those with 3 with an average price of RM 1,763. The most affordable properties have 2 bedrooms. They are 14 % cheaper than the average followed by those properties with 4 bedrooms priced at RM 1,764.
Based upon the average prices per sq.feet, those properties with 1 bedroom are 6 % more affordable than the average (RM 1 / sq.feet) in Kedah. The properties with the lowest bedrooms / sq.feet price are those with 1 bedroom. They are 6 % more affordable than the average aforementioned.
The graph displaying the average rent price according to the property type shows "Bungalow" as the most affordable one. With an average cost of RM 2,501 it is 46 % cheaper than the average in Kedah. This is followed by "Terraced House" with a cost of RM 1,667. The most expensive property type is "Semi Detached House" and is 509 % more costly than the average, followed by "Commercial" with a cost of RM 2,470.
Based upon the average cost per sq.feet the most affordable property type is "Terraced House with a an average price of RM 1 / sq.feet, followed by "Commercial" with a price of RM 2 / sq.feet. "Commercial" with an average price of RM 2 / sq.feet is the most expensive type of property followed by "Terraced House" at a price of RM 1 / sq.feet.
