The average price in the Kedah region has had same value in recent months. Prices in this region have remained pretty much stagnant.
The price per sq.feet in Kedah has remained stagnant in the last 6 months. During November, the average price per sq.feet was RM 222. The following month (December) the price increased to RM 250 per sq.feet. The price per sq.feet for the following two months practically stayed the same, going from RM 236 to RM 236.5 per sq.feet. In the last two months, the price per sq.feet has decreased 91 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price RM 236.25 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price RM 216 per sq.feet for the last two months (March, April).
Based upon to the price in Kedah(region), this has increased in the last 6 months. In the first month sample for November the average price is RM 337,913. During December it went through a strong inflation reaching RM 412,424 In the following two months the average price didn't change much compared to the previous two going from RM 375,168.5 to RM 364,250.5. During the last two months the average price has remained stagnant and has gone from RM 369,709.5 to RM 353,256.5 during March and April.
