Property prices for rent in Kelantan region

The price per sq.feet in Kelantan has fallen considerably in the last 6 months. During November, the average price per sq.feet was RM 2.43. The following month (December) the price had a considerable fall reaching RM 0.9 per sq.feet. The following two months (January, February) went through a considerable fall of 62 % in the rent price per sq.feet with regard to the previous two. In the last two months, the price per sq.feet has had a significant fall of 83 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price of RM 1.35 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price of RM 1.12 per sq.feet for the last two months (March, April).

When referring to the price in Kelantan(region), this has fallen considerably in the last 6 months. November has an average price of RM 4,811. During Decemberthe price had a strong fall till RM 3,650. The average price for the following two months (January, February) fell 86 % compared to the previous two. During the last two months the price has had a considerable fall of 73 % with respect to the previous four months going from RM 3,934.25 a RM 2,865.

They are 28 % cheaper than the average price in Kelantan followed by those with 2 with an average price of RM 2,878. The most expensive properties have 2 bedrooms.
