Property prices for sale in Kelantan region
The average price in the Kelantan region has had same value in recent months. Prices in this region have remained pretty much stagnant.
The price per sq.feet in Kelantan has remained stagnant in the last 6 months. During November, the average price per sq.feet was RM 184. The following month (December) the price increased to RM 204 per sq.feet. The price per sq.feet for the following two months practically stayed the same, going from RM 194 to RM 189 per sq.feet. In the last two months, the price has stayed the same with regard to the average value for the last 4 months going from an average price per sq.feet of RM 191.5 to RM 187 during March and April.
Based upon to the price in Kelantan(region), these have remained the same in the last 6 months. In the first month sample November the average price is RM 296,907. In December the price was the same at RM 291,419. In the following two months the average price didn't change much compared to the previous two going from RM 294,163 to RM 280,660.5. During the last two months the price has risen 105 % compared to the previous average values going from RM 287,411.75 a RM 302,786 in March and April.

The properties with the most expensive average price are those with 1 bedroom. These are 16706 % more costly than the average followed by those with 4 bedrooms with a price of RM 225 / sq.feet.

Based on the average cost per sq.feet the cheapest property type is "Detached House with a an average cost of RM 54 / sq.feet, followed by "Commercial" with a price of RM 163 / sq.feet. "Semi Detached House" with an average price of RM 231 / sq.feet is the most costly type of property followed by "House" at a price of RM 226 / sq.feet.
