The average price in the Negeri Johor region has had same value in recent months. Prices in this region have remained pretty much stagnant.
The price per sq.feet in Negeri Johor has remained stagnant in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per sq.feet was RM 382. The following month the price decreased to RM 345 per sq.feet. The following two months (December, January) went through an increase of 106 % in the price per sq.feet rising from RM 363.5 to RM 384 per sq.feet. In the last two months, the price per sq.feet has had a significant increase of 115 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price of RM 373.75 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price of RM 430 per sq.feet for the last two months (February, March).
Based upon to the price in Negeri Johor(region), this has increased considerably in the last 6 months. October has an average price of RM 695,472. During November the price had a slight deflation till RM 633,465. The price in the following months (December, January) had a strong increment of 117 % going from RM 664,468.5 to RM 780,180. During the last two months the price has had a considerable increase of 132 % with respect to the previous four months going from RM 722,324.25 a RM 954,350.

"Commercial" with an average price of RM 65,992 / sq.feet is the most costly type of property followed by "Condominium" at a price of RM 493 / sq.feet.
