Property prices for sale in Negeri Kelantan region
The average price in the Negeri Kelantan region has had same value in recent months. Prices in this region have remained pretty much stagnant.
The price per sq.feet in Negeri Kelantan has remained stagnant in the last 6 months. During November, the average price per sq.feet was RM 250. In December the price pretty much stayed the same at RM 255 per sq.feet. The price per sq.feet for the following two months practically stayed the same, going from RM 252.5 to RM 263 per sq.feet. In the last two months, the price has stayed the same with regard to the average value for the last 4 months going from an average price per sq.feet of RM 257.75 to RM 257.5 during March and April.
Based upon to the price in Negeri Kelantan(region), this has increased in the last 6 months. In the first month sample for November the average price is RM 464,959. During December it went through a strong inflation reaching RM 606,194 The average price for the following two months (January, February) decreased 94 % compared to the prior two. During the last two months the price has reduced 93 % compared to the previous average values going from RM 520,259 a RM 481,726 in March and April.
