The average rent price in the Perak region has had a slight rise in recent months. There has been a rise in the rent prices in this region.
The price per sq.feet in Perak has risen in the last 6 months. During November, the average price per sq.feet was RM 1.11. In December the price barely changed remaining at RM 1.09 per sq.feet. The following two months (January, February) went through a rise of 108 % in the rent price per sq.feet rising from RM 1.1 to RM 1.19 per sq.feet. In the last two months, the price per sq.feet has risen 109 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price RM 1.14 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price RM 1.25 per sq.feet for the last two months (March, April).
When referring to the price in Perak(region), this has risen considerably in the last 6 months. In the first month sample for November the average price is RM 1,513. During December it went through a strong rise reaching RM 2,416 In the following two months the average price practically remained the same compared to the previous two going from RM 1,964.5 to RM 1,990.5. During the last two months the price has gone down 92 % compared to the previous average values going from RM 1,977.5 a RM 1,826.5 in March y April.

They are 15 % cheaper than the average price in Perak followed by those with 4 with an average price of RM 1,672. The most expensive properties have 1 bedroom. They are 35 % more expensive than the average followed by those properties with 3 bedrooms priced at RM 1,746.
Based on the average price per sq.feet those properties with 4 bedrooms are the most affordable ones with a price of RM 1.03 / sq.feet being RM 1.28 / sq.feet the average for Perak. The properties with the highest average price are those with 1 bedroom. These are 41 % more expensive than the average followed by those with 2 bedrooms with a price of RM 1.75 / sq.feet.
The graph displaying the average rent price according to the property type shows "Warehouse" as the most affordable one. With an average cost of RM 1,887 it is 17 % cheaper than the average in Perak. This is followed by "Terraced House" with a cost of RM 1,581. The most expensive property type is "Condominium" and is 723 % more costly than the average, followed by "Commercial" with a cost of RM 2,541.
Based upon the average cost per sq.feet the most affordable property type is "Terraced House with a an average price of RM 0.95 / sq.feet, followed by "Condominium" with a price of RM 1.02 / sq.feet. "House" with an average price of RM 1.72 / sq.feet is the most expensive type of property followed by "Warehouse" at a price of RM 1.54 / sq.feet.
