The average price in the Perak region has had same value in recent months. Prices in this region have remained pretty much stagnant.
The price per sq.feet in Perak has remained stagnant in the last 6 months. During November, the average price per sq.feet was RM 262. The following month (December) the price increased to RM 280 per sq.feet. The following two months (January, February) there has been a deflation of 94 % in the price per sq.feet with regard to the previous two. In the last two months, the price per sq.feet has decreased 89 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price RM 262.5 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price RM 232.5 per sq.feet for the last two months (March, April).
Based upon to the price in Perak(region), these have remained the same in the last 6 months. In the first month sample for November the average price is RM 449,345. During December it went through a strong inflation reaching RM 607,072 The average price for the following two months (January, February) decreased 91 % compared to the prior two. During the last two months the price has had a considerable reduction of 78 % with respect to the previous four months going from RM 503,275.25 a RM 391,393.
The graph displaying the the average price per number of bedrooms shows that those with 2 bedrooms are the cheapest ones. They are 43 % more affordable than the average price in Perak followed by those with 3 with an average price of RM 251,782. The cheapest properties have 4 bedrooms. They are 1 % cheaper than the average followed by those properties with 1 bedroom priced at RM 266,009.
Based on the average price per sq.feet those properties with 3 bedrooms are the cheapest ones with a price of RM 201 / sq.feet being RM 230 / sq.feet the average value within the Perak region. The properties with the most expensive average price are those with 1 bedroom. These are 50 % more costly than the average followed by those with 2 bedrooms with a price of RM 255 / sq.feet.

Based on the average cost per sq.feet the cheapest property type is "Semi Detached House with a an average cost of RM 193 / sq.feet, followed by "Terraced House" with a price of RM 213 / sq.feet. "Commercial" with an average price of RM 343 / sq.feet is the most costly type of property followed by "Condominium" at a price of RM 334 / sq.feet.
