The price per sq.feet in Perak has remained stagnant in the last 6 months. During November, the average price per sq.feet was RM 262. The following month (December) the price increased to RM 280 per sq.feet. The following two months (January, February) there has been a deflation of 94 % in the price per sq.feet with regard to the previous two. In the last two months, the price per sq.feet has decreased 89 %.
