Property prices for rent in Putrajaya region

The average rent price in the Putrajaya region has remained at pretty much the same value in recent months. Rent prices in this region have remained pretty much the same.

The price per sq.feet in Putrajaya has barely changed in the last 6 months. During November, the average price per sq.feet was RM 1.95. In December the price barely changed remaining at RM 1.94 per sq.feet. The price per sq.feet for the following two months barely changed going from RM 1.95 to RM 1.99 per sq.feet. In the last two months, the price has barely changed with regard to the average value for the last 4 months going from an average price per sq.feet of RM 1.97 to RM 1.87 during March and April.

During December it went through a strong rise reaching RM 2,837 The average price for the following two months (January, February) rose from RM 2,465 to RM 2,606. During the last two months the price has had a considerable fall of 84 % with respect to the previous four months going from RM 2,535.5 a RM 2,129.

Average price per bedrooms
