Property prices for sale in Putrajaya region

The price per sq.feet in Putrajaya has risen in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per sq.feet was RM 445. In November the price pretty much stayed the same at RM 450 per sq.feet. The price per sq.feet for the following two months practically stayed the same, going from RM 447.5 to RM 433.5 per sq.feet. In the last two months, the price per sq.feet has had a significant decrease of 85 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price of RM 440.5 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price of RM 373.5 per sq.feet for the last two months (February, March).

Based upon to the price in Putrajaya(region), this has increased in the last 6 months. In the first month sample October the average price is RM 708,242. In November the price was the same at RM 722,062. The price in the following months (December, January) had a strong increment of 135 % going from RM 715,152 to RM 965,575. During the last two months the price has had a considerable reduction of 80 % with respect to the previous four months going from RM 840,363.5 a RM 670,151.

The graph displaying the the average price per number of bedrooms shows that those with 1 bedroom are the cheapest ones. They are 67 % more affordable than the average price in Putrajaya followed by those with 2 with an average price of RM 312,339. The most costly properties have 4 bedrooms. They are 1 % more expensive than the average followed by those properties with 3 bedrooms priced at RM 443,543.

Based on the average price per sq.feet those properties with 4 bedrooms are the cheapest ones with a price of RM 335 / sq.feet being RM 371 / sq.feet the average value within the Putrajaya region. The properties with the most expensive average price are those with 1 bedroom. These are 25 % more costly than the average followed by those with 2 bedrooms with a price of RM 438 / sq.feet.

The graph displaying the average price according to the property type shows "Apartment" as the cheapest one. With an average cost of RM 698,238 it is 54 % more affordable than the average in Putrajaya. This is followed by "Condominium" with a price of RM 454,201. The dearest property type is "Commercial" and is 252 % more expensive than the average, followed by "House" with a cost of RM 1,509,684.

Based on the average cost per sq.feet the most costly property type is "Terraced House with a an average price of RM 376 / sq.feet, followed by "Apartment" with a price of RM 382 / sq.feet. "Commercial" with an average price of RM 686 / sq.feet is the most costly type of property followed by "Serviced Residence" at a price of RM 578 / sq.feet.
