Property prices for sale in Putrajaya region

The average price in the Putrajaya region has had a slight decrease in recent months. There has been a deflation in the prices in this region.

The price per sq.feet in Putrajaya has risen in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per sq.feet was RM 445. In November the price pretty much stayed the same at RM 450 per sq.feet. The price per sq.feet for the following two months practically stayed the same, going from RM 447.5 to RM 433.5 per sq.feet. In the last two months, the price per sq.feet has had a significant decrease of 85 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price of RM 440.5 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price of RM 373.5 per sq.feet for the last two months (February, March).

Average price

Based upon to the price in Putrajaya(region), this has increased in the last 6 months. In the first month sample October the average price is RM 708,242. In November the price was the same at RM 722,062. The price in the following months (December, January) had a strong increment of 135 % going from RM 715,152 to RM 965,575. During the last two months the price has had a considerable reduction of 80 % with respect to the previous four months going from RM 840,363.5 a RM 670,151.

Average price per bedrooms

They are 67 % more affordable than the average price in Putrajaya followed by those with 2 with an average price of RM 312,339. The most costly properties have 4 bedrooms. They are 1 % more expensive than the average followed by those properties with 3 bedrooms priced at RM 443,543.
