Property prices for rent in Terengganu region
The average rent price in the Terengganu region has had a slight rise in recent months. There has been a rise in the rent prices in this region.
The price per sq.feet in Terengganu has risen in the last 6 months. During November, the average price per sq.feet was RM 1.21. The following month (December) the price had a considerable rise reaching RM 1.5 per sq.feet. The price per sq.feet for the following two months barely changed going from RM 1.36 to RM 1.42 per sq.feet. In the last two months, the price per sq.feet has fallen 91 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price RM 1.39 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price RM 1.26 per sq.feet for the last two months (March, April).
When referring to the price in Terengganu (region), this has fallen in the last 6 months. November has an average price of RM 1,881. During Decemberthe price had a slight fall till RM 1,774. The average price for the following two months (January, February) fell 94 % compared to the previous two. During the last two months the average price has not gone through any changes and has gone from RM 1,769.25 to RM 1,705.5 during March and April.

They are 22 % cheaper than the average price in Terengganu followed by those with 2 with an average price of RM 1,722. The most expensive properties have 3 bedrooms. They are 6 % more expensive than the average followed by those properties with 4 bedrooms priced at RM 1,819.
