The average price in the Terengganu region has had same value in recent months. Prices in this region have remained pretty much stagnant.
The price per sq.feet in Terengganu has remained stagnant in the last 6 months. During November, the average price per sq.feet was RM 206. In December the price pretty much stayed the same at RM 215 per sq.feet. The price per sq.feet for the following two months practically stayed the same, going from RM 210.5 to RM 218.5 per sq.feet. In the last two months, the price has stayed the same with regard to the average value for the last 4 months going from an average price per sq.feet of RM 214.5 to RM 212 during March and April.
Based upon to the price in Terengganu(region), these have remained the same in the last 6 months. In the first month sample November the average price is RM 392,323. In December the price was the same at RM 391,929. In the following two months the average price didn't change much compared to the previous two going from RM 392,126 to RM 382,134. During the last two months the average price has remained stagnant and has gone from RM 387,130 to RM 396,343 during March and April.
