Property prices for sale in Alma (Penang)
The prices in real estate in Alma, in the Penang region have had a minor rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have risen in this city.
The price per sq.feet in Alma has increased during the last 6 months. In October, the average price per sq.feet was RM 305. In the following month the price per sq.feet increased to RM 330. In the following two months the price per sq.feet has increased 109 %, going from RM 317.5 to RM 345.5 per sq.feet. The price per sq.feet has decreased 93 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per sq.feet of RM 331.5 to RM 309.5 during February, and March.

In November This price remains at RM 607,650. During the following two months (December, January) the price has had an average incrementation from RM 611,975 to RM 651,882.5.
