Property prices for sale in Ayer Keroh (Melaka)

The price per sq.feet in Ayer Keroh has increased during the last 6 months. In October, the average price per sq.feet was RM 236. In the following two months the price per sq.feet has increased 114 %, going from RM 235.5 to RM 269 per sq.feet.
