The average price in the Melaka region has had same value in recent months. Prices in this region have remained pretty much stagnant.
The price per sq.feet in Melaka has remained stagnant in the last 6 months. During November, the average price per sq.feet was RM 257. In December the price pretty much stayed the same at RM 267 per sq.feet. The price per sq.feet for the following two months practically stayed the same, going from RM 262 to RM 263 per sq.feet. In the last two months, the price per sq.feet has decreased 93 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price RM 262.5 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price RM 245 per sq.feet for the last two months (March, April).
Based upon to the price in Melaka(region), these have remained the same in the last 6 months. The average price in November is RM 453,329. In December the price increased to RM 495,913. The average price for the following two months (January, February) decreased 92 % compared to the prior two. During the last two months the price has reduced 94 % compared to the previous average values going from RM 455,720.25 a RM 428,518 in March and April.

They are 38 % more affordable than the average price in Melaka followed by those with 1 with an average price of RM 283,109. The cheapest properties have 4 bedrooms. Based on the average price per sq.feet those properties with 3 bedrooms are the cheapest ones with a price of RM 209 / sq.feet being RM 242 / sq.feet the average value within the Melaka region. The properties with the most expensive average price are those with 1 bedroom. These are 81 % more costly than the average followed by those with 2 bedrooms with a price of RM 327 / sq.feet.

"Commercial" with an average price of RM 402 / sq.feet is the most costly type of property followed by "Condominium" at a price of RM 309 / sq.feet.
