The price per sq.feet in Melaka has remained stagnant in the last 6 months. During November, the average price per sq.feet was RM 257. In December the price pretty much stayed the same at RM 267 per sq.feet. The price per sq.feet for the following two months practically stayed the same, going from RM 262 to RM 263 per sq.feet. In the last two months, the price per sq.feet has decreased 93 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price RM 262.5 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price RM 245 per sq.feet for the last two months (March, April).

Average price

Based upon to the price in Melaka(region), these have remained the same in the last 6 months. The average price in November is RM 453,329. In December the price increased to RM 495,913. The average price for the following two months (January, February) decreased 92 % compared to the prior two. During the last two months the price has reduced 94 % compared to the previous average values going from RM 455,720.25 a RM 428,518 in March and April.
