The price per sq.feet in Ijok has fallen in the last 6 months. In November, the average price per sq.feet was RM 354. In the following month the price per sq.feet decreased to RM 327. In the following two months the price per sq.feet has barely changed, going from RM 340.5 to RM 333.5 per sq.feet. The price per sq.feet has had a considerable deflation of 81 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per sq.feet of RM 337 to RM 274 during March, and April.

In December This price remains at RM 511,754. In the following two months the average price has remained the same with regard to the previous two months from RM 521,527.5 to RM 502,529.5. During the last two months, the average price has reduced with regard to the previous ones. To be precise it has gone down 90 %, going from RM 512,028.5 to RM 460,705 in March and April.
