Property prices for sale in Kampar (Negeri Perak)
The prices in real estate in Kampar, in the Negeri Perak region have had a minor rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have risen in this city.
The price per sq.feet in Kampar has increased during the last 6 months. In October, the average price per sq.feet was RM 216. In November this price pretty much remained the same at a value of RM 210 per sq.feet. In the following two months the price per sq.feet has increased 108 %, going from RM 213 to RM 230.5 per sq.feet. The price per sq.feet has increased 106 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per sq.feet of RM 221.75 to RM 234 during February, and March.
Based upon to the price in Kampar (cities), these have remained the same in the last 6 months. In our first sample month during October, the average price is RM 237,440. In November This price remains at RM 233,278. During the following two months (December, January) the price has had an average incrementation from RM 235,359 to RM 255,349. During the last two months, the average price has pretty much remained the same with regard to the previous average values going from an average value of RM 245,354 and RM 245,326 between February and March.
