The prices in real estate in Kapar, in the Negeri Selangor region have had a minor rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have risen in this city.
The price per sq.feet in Kapar has increased during the last 6 months. In June, the average price per sq.feet was RM 287. In July this price pretty much remained the same at a value of RM 299 per sq.feet. In the following two months the price per sq.feet has increased 107 %, going from RM 293 to RM 312.5 per sq.feet. The price per sq.feet has barely changed in the last two months compared to the average price of the previous four months going from an average price of RM 302.75 to RM 293.5 during October y November
Based upon to the price in Kapar (cities), this has gone up considerably in the last 6 months. The price in June is RM 2,205,755, rising in July till RM 2,436,050. During the following two months (August, September) the average price had a considerable increase of 165 % with regard to the previous two months. During the last two months, the average price has reduced with regard to the previous ones. To be precise it has gone down 95 %, going from RM 3,078,729 to RM 2,922,071 in October and November.
