Property prices for sale in Kuala Terengganu (Terengganu)

The price per sq.feet in Kuala Terengganu has remained the same in the last 6 months. In October, the average price per sq.feet was RM 232. In November this price pretty much remained the same at a value of RM 233 per sq.feet. In the following two months the price per sq.feet has increased 108 %, going from RM 232.5 to RM 250.5 per sq.feet. The price per sq.feet has barely changed in the last two months compared to the average price of the previous four months going from an average price of RM 241.5 to RM 233 during February y March
