Property prices for sale in Kuching (Sarawak)
The prices in real estate in Kuching, in the Sarawak region have had a minor rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have risen in this city.
The price per sq.feet in Kuching has increased during the last 6 months. In November, the average price per sq.feet was RM 440. In the following month the price per sq.feet increased to RM 472. In the following two months the price per sq.feet has barely changed, going from RM 456 to RM 446 per sq.feet. The price per sq.feet has increased 108 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per sq.feet of RM 451 to RM 489 during March, and April.

During December the price had a slight fall till RM 832,528. In the following two months the average price has remained the same with regard to the previous two months from RM 871,629 to RM 901,426.5. During the last two months, the average price has pretty much remained the same with regard to the previous average values going from an average value of RM 886,527.75 and RM 850,481 between March and April.
