Property prices for sale in Kundang (Negeri Johor)
The prices in real estate in Kundang, in the Negeri Johor region have had a minor rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have risen in this city.
The price per sq.feet in Kundang has increased during the last 6 months. In October, the average price per sq.feet was RM 247. In November this price pretty much remained the same at a value of RM 247 per sq.feet. In the following two months the price per sq.feet has increased 108 %, going from RM 247 to RM 267 per sq.feet. The price per sq.feet has barely changed in the last two months compared to the average price of the previous four months going from an average price of RM 257 to RM 268 during February y March
Based upon to the price in Kundang (cities), these have remained the same in the last 6 months. In our first sample month during October, the average price is RM 308,092. In November This price remains at RM 297,205. During the following two months (December, January) the price has had an average incrementation from RM 302,648.5 to RM 331,496. During the last two months, the average price has pretty much remained the same with regard to the previous average values going from an average value of RM 317,072.25 and RM 326,331 between February and March.

At a price of RM 324,406 they are 360 % more expensive than the average price for Kundang. Following this ranking we find those properties with 1 at an average price of RM 1,499,450.
