Property prices for sale in Lunas (Kedah)
The prices in real estate in Lunas, in the Kedah region have remained the same in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have remained in this city.
The price per sq.feet in Lunas has remained the same in the last 6 months. In October, the average price per sq.feet was RM 203. In November this price pretty much remained the same at a value of RM 205 per sq.feet. In the following two months the price per sq.feet has barely changed, going from RM 204 to RM 201.5 per sq.feet. The price per sq.feet has barely changed in the last two months compared to the average price of the previous four months going from an average price of RM 202.75 to RM 206.5 during February y March
