The prices in real estate in Pasir Mas, in the Negeri Kelantan region have had a minor rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have risen in this city.
The price per sq.feet in Pasir Mas has increased during the last 6 months. In October, the average price per sq.feet was RM 192. In November this price pretty much remained the same at a value of RM 193 per sq.feet. In the following two months the price per sq.feet has increased 108 %, going from RM 192.5 to RM 207.5 per sq.feet. The price per sq.feet has barely changed in the last two months compared to the average price of the previous four months going from an average price of RM 200 to RM 205 during February y March
Based upon to the price in Pasir Mas (cities), this has gone up in the last 6 months. In our first sample month during October, the average price is RM 294,941. In November This price remains at RM 295,673. During the following two months (December, January) the price has had an average incrementation from RM 295,307 to RM 314,883. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has risen strongly 115 % during the last two months.
