The prices in real estate in Subang Jaya, in the Selangor region have had a minor rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have risen in this city.
The price per sq.feet in Subang Jaya has increased during the last 6 months. In October, the average price per sq.feet was RM 518. In November this price pretty much remained the same at a value of RM 513 per sq.feet. In the following two months the price per sq.feet has increased 112 %, going from RM 515.5 to RM 576 per sq.feet. The price per sq.feet has barely changed in the last two months compared to the average price of the previous four months going from an average price of RM 545.75 to RM 547 during February y March
Based upon to the price in Subang Jaya (cities), this has gone up considerably in the last 6 months. The price in October is RM 785,909, rising in November till RM 881,332. During the following two months (December, January) the average price had a considerable increase of 144 % with regard to the previous two months. During the last two months the average price has had a strong fall compared to the previous four going from RM 1,018,141.25 to RM 697,196, which means a 68 % fall.
