Property prices for sale in Ulu Perak (Perak)
The prices in real estate in Ulu Perak, in the Perak region have had a strong rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have gone through a strong increase in this city.
The price per sq.feet in Ulu Perak has increased strongly during the last 6 months. In October, the average price per sq.feet was RM 181. In the following month the price per sq.feet decreased to RM 162. The price for the following two months in (December, January) had a considerable increment of 237 %. The price per sq.feet has decreased 87 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per sq.feet of RM 289 to RM 251 during February, and March.
Based upon to the price in Ulu Perak (cities), this has gone up in the last 6 months. In our first sample month during October, the average price is RM 227,908. In November This price remains at RM 223,778. During the following two months (December, January) the price has had an average incrementation from RM 225,843 to RM 255,190. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has gone up 109 % during the last two months.
