Property prices for sale in Negeri Melaka region
The average price in the Negeri Melaka region has had a slight increase in recent months. There has been an inflation in the prices in this region.
The price per sq.feet in Negeri Melaka has increased in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per sq.feet was RM 231. In November the price pretty much stayed the same at RM 239 per sq.feet. The following two months (December, January) went through an increase of 113 % in the price per sq.feet rising from RM 235 to RM 265 per sq.feet. In the last two months, the price has stayed the same with regard to the average value for the last 4 months going from an average price per sq.feet of RM 250 to RM 242.5 during February and March.
Based upon to the price in Negeri Melaka(region), these have remained the same in the last 6 months. The average price in October is RM 421,527. In November the price increased to RM 450,395. In the following two months the average price didn't change much compared to the previous two going from RM 435,961 to RM 435,529.5. During the last two months the average price has remained stagnant and has gone from RM 435,745.25 to RM 443,785.5 during February and March.

"Commercial" with an average price of RM 406 / sq.feet is the most costly type of property followed by "Condominium" at a price of RM 358 / sq.feet.
