The average price in the Pahang region has had an strong increase in recent months. There has been a strong inflation in the prices in this region.
The price per sq.feet in Pahang has increased strongly in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per sq.feet was RM 238. The following month (November) the price increased to RM 269 per sq.feet. In the following two months (December, January) the price per sq.feet has risen strongly to a 143 %. In the last two months, the price per sq.feet has increased 107 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price RM 308 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price RM 329 per sq.feet for the last two months (February, March).
Based upon to the price in Pahang(region), this has increased in the last 6 months. In the first month sample October the average price is RM 352,283. In November the price was the same at RM 369,152. In the following two months the average price didn't change much compared to the previous two going from RM 360,717.5 to RM 377,884. During the last two months the average price has remained stagnant and has gone from RM 369,300.75 to RM 366,409.5 during February and March.

They are 32 % more affordable than the average price in Pahang followed by those with 1 with an average price of RM 372,645. The most costly properties have 2 bedrooms. They are 22 % more expensive than the average followed by those properties with 4 bedrooms priced at RM 383,658.
Based on the average price per sq.feet those properties with 3 bedrooms are the cheapest ones with a price of RM 197 / sq.feet being RM 282 / sq.feet the average value within the Pahang region. The properties with the most expensive average price are those with 1 bedroom. These are 149 % more costly than the average followed by those with 2 bedrooms with a price of RM 561 / sq.feet.

Based on the average cost per sq.feet the cheapest property type is "Semi Detached House with a an average cost of RM 183 / sq.feet, followed by "Terraced House" with a price of RM 198 / sq.feet. "Serviced Residence" with an average price of RM 811 / sq.feet is the most costly type of property followed by "Commercial" at a price of RM 611 / sq.feet.
