In April this price pretty much remained the same at a value of RM 412 per sq.feet. In the following two months the price per sq.feet has increased 110 %, going from RM 403.5 to RM 442.5 per sq.feet. The price per sq.feet has barely changed in the last two months compared to the average price of the previous four months going from an average price of RM 423 to RM 430 during July y August

In April This price remains at RM 411,005. During the following two months (May, June) the average price had a considerable increase of 121 % with regard to the previous two months.
