The prices in real estate in Bukit Jalil, in the Kuala Lumpur region have had a minor rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have risen in this city.
The price per sq.feet in Bukit Jalil has increased during the last 6 months. In August, the average price per sq.feet was RM 479. In September this price pretty much remained the same at a value of RM 464 per sq.feet. In the following two months the price per sq.feet has increased 108 %, going from RM 471.5 to RM 510 per sq.feet. The price per sq.feet has increased 107 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per sq.feet of RM 490.75 to RM 525.5 during December, and January.
Based upon to the price in Bukit Jalil (cities), this has gone up considerably in the last 6 months. The average price during our first sample month during August, is RM 682,850. During September the price went through a considerable rise reaching RM 847,429. During the following two months (October, November) the price has had an average incrementation from RM 765,139.5 to RM 869,487. During the last two months, the average price has reduced with regard to the previous ones. To be precise it has gone down 88 %, going from RM 817,313.25 to RM 716,296.5 in December and January.
