The prices in real estate in Bangsar, in the Kuala Lumpur region have had a minor rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have risen in this city.
The price per sq.feet in Bangsar has increased during the last 6 months. In October, the average price per sq.feet was RM 971. In November this price pretty much remained the same at a value of RM 1,001 per sq.feet. In the following two months the price per sq.feet has increased 113 %, going from RM 986 to RM 1,112.5 per sq.feet. The price per sq.feet has barely changed in the last two months compared to the average price of the previous four months going from an average price of RM 1,049.25 to RM 1,044 during February y March
Based upon to the price in Bangsar (cities), this has gone up in the last 6 months. In our first sample month during October, the average price is RM 3,334,131. In November This price remains at RM 3,424,044. During the following two months (December, January) the average price had a considerable increase of 122 % with regard to the previous two months. During the last two months, the average price has pretty much remained the same with regard to the previous average values going from an average value of RM 3,742,695 and RM 3,645,382.5 between February and March.
