The price per sq.feet in Bangsar has fallen in the last 6 months. In November, the average price per sq.feet was RM 968. In December this price pretty much remained the same at a value of RM 1,000 per sq.feet. The price for the following two months in (January, February) had a considerable decrease of 84 with regard to the prior two months. The price per sq.feet has barely changed in the last two months compared to the average price of the previous four months going from an average price of RM 905 to RM 908.5 during March y April
Based upon to the price in Bangsar (cities), this has gone up in the last 6 months. The average price during our first sample month during November, is RM 1,987,937. During December the price went through a considerable rise reaching RM 3,263,952. During the following two months (January, February) the average price had a considerable reduction of 69 % with regard to the previous two months. During the last two months, the average price has pretty much remained the same with regard to the previous average values going from an average value of RM 2,219,488.25 and RM 2,136,858.5 between March and April.
